Proposals for Faculty Fellowships in the Upcoming Seminar

Funds will be made available, on a per-course replacement basis, to enable faculty members to receive release time from one course to participate in the 2011-2012 seminar, "The Question of Consent". The seminar will be under the direction of Suzanne Stewart-Steinberg, Associate Professor of Comparative Literature and Italian Studies. The seminar will meet on Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (see full description)

All campus-based full-time faculty members are encouraged to apply. Proposals should include a current curriculum vitae and a project proposal (1000 words) that describes the applicant's research. Faculty participants should have an active interest in the seminar's topic, but the research project may be in any related field and need not directly address the topic.

The deadline for proposals is January 14, 2011.
